St John's Evangelical will celebrate 80th birdthday next week

St. John's Evangelical church, located at 3rd and Ingle Streets. Only two walls, the roof and the floor of this building remain from the original structure, built in 1852. Inset is a picture of Rev. William N. Dresel, pastor since May 1907.
